Shiloh Chapel is a church accomplishing ministry in a unique, historical setting. Re-incorporated in 1998, our mission statement reads:
“The purpose of Shiloh Chapel is to proclaim the good news that Jesus truly saves. Our desire is for Shiloh Chapel to be a place where all may grow into fully mature Christians through relevant Bible preaching and instruction, inspirational worship, and fellowship.”
Our worship services include a mix of traditional hymns and contemporary worship. The teaching ministry of Pastor Stan Allen encourages us to explore the Bible and find out what God’s plan is for our lives.
Ministries
Shiloh Chapel is not only unique in appearance, but unique in opportunity as well. Our campus includes over 80 beautiful acres, including a lengthy stretch along the Androscoggin River. Along with the Sunday schedule, we offer small group studies covering a wide range of topics and needs.
Our Sunday School and Youth programs greatly benefit from our acreage and buildings.
So … What does this mean for you?
Our philosophy, our property, and our ministry mean nothing unless people are helped: spiritually, emotionally, and physically. We believe the Bible to be the final revelation of God’s nature and plan for us, His creation. In this amazing book we have found many answers–not all the answers, but enough to keep us going! The Bible makes it quite clear that we are made to both know God and enjoy fellowship with Him, both in the here and now, and after we leave this life. Jesus Christ came and paid the penalty for my sin and yours, and by simply coming in faith to Him, He will accept you as His child forever. Want to learn more? Come and visit us! We would love to get better acquainted!
